Earlier this month, in a collaborative effort between Community Design Fort Worth, The University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Wesleyan University, students who are part of UTA's College of Architecture, Planning and Public Affairs "Spatial [in] Justice" Seminar led by Dennis Chiessa, held two Poly Heights community engagement workshops.

UTA Students from the Spatial [in]Justice class will be conducting a community meeting with the neighbors and stakeholders (or members of) of Poly Heights on Saturday, November 7 anytime between 9:00 AM-Noon.


At this meeting, students will be asking members of the community a series of questions to get a better idea of what you love about your community, where the community needs improvement, and to gather the history of your neighborhood.

There are two ways you can participate in this community meeting:

  • ONLINE - Join us online by going to https://bit.ly/37o9108 passcode: Poly

  • IN-PERSON - You can stop by the Baker Building on the Texas Wesleyan Campus, located at 3021 Rosedale St, Fort Worth, TX 76105.

Participants will be given a coffee voucher to Black Coffee.
